People underestimate this part. Constraints make systems useful.

I do not fully automate:

I can draft these with AI. I still own the final call.

Failure 1: tool collecting instead of workflow building

New stack every week, same chaos every Monday.

Fix: freeze tools for 30 days and optimize one process end-to-end.

If every agent can do everything, nobody is accountable.

People design happy paths only.
